Pool: Burning Tree Master Association (BTMA) applied and received a sales tax permit as we do not have one on file.
Could it be because no sales tax was ever reported....since according to the recordings someone admitted, since she was managing the pool all the years while President and "not being paid" she kept the profit for herself. Did the former career president pay taxes on all that she kept or turn in a 1099 or is the Burning Tree Master Association going to have to pay it our of the money they collect fromn you in assessments. One recent (and very short term) former officer said she had called the IRS and they was going to be checking in to it?)
Burning Tree Master Association BTMA charged and paid for sales tax on associate memberships, as well as concessions. 36 years of doing it wrong....

It is time to remove all from the board who believes that way and get some who are willing to make sure ever single thing they do is thought out and checked out to make sure it is legal with the states and federal laws and matches up to all the governing documents.
