Number of Representatives in Burning Tree

ARTICLE VI

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

1. ..... the number of directors shall be determined by the members present at each annual meeting.

Currently Burning Tree Area #7-  Burning Tree West/Plaza has over twice as much representation per capita as Burning Tree One
Burning Tree Area #7- West /Plaza 2 directors for 41 homes  (one per 20.5 homes)
Burning Tree Area #5 - East 2 for 72  (1 per 36 homes)
Burning Tree Area #4-  Burning Tree South 3 for 127 homes (one per 42.3 homes)
Burning Tree Area #1- one 2 for 90 (1 per 45 homes)

This needs to be corrected to give fair and equal representation to all. This means all areas will need to have a representative for each 20.5 homes as Burning Tree Area #7

If it is to add more directors this is what is needed:
Burning Tree Area 5 (East) will need to add one to have a total of 3
Burning Tree Are 4 will need to add 3 more to have a total of 6
Burning Tree Area 1 will need to add 2 more to have a total of 4

This will mean adding 6 more people. The simple solution is to eliminate one in Burning Tree Area #7.
