Your Subdivision was NEVER approved to be part of the Burning Tree Master Association

ARTICLE II

MEMBERSHIP

Every Burning Tree Area Owners Association approved by Declarant shall be a member of the corporation. Membership in Burning Tree Area Owners Association shall entitle the members of those Associations to the right and use of enjoyment of the common areas and common facilities of the Association.

This section of the Master Association By-Laws speaks volumes. The Master Association Articles of Incorporation have never been amended to add the subdivisions as 'sub-associations'. This has been confirmed with the Secretary of the State of Oklahoma.

Recap: There is nothing that ties any of the subdivisions to the Master Association. The intent may very well indeed have been such, however, there is no paperwork filed with any of the State agencies declaring so.  

Don't  take the word of someone who sits on the Burning Tree Master Association Board of Directors. Few of them have ever read to understand the documents.
