1. Act with integrity and honesty, and without self-dealing, and require that of others.
2. Act in the manner that you believe is best for the HOA ( All Residents), and require that of others.
3. Be a Leader, by example.
4. Be heard and speak your mind and conscience, with appropriate demeanor.
5. Vote your mind and conscience in keeping with these commandments.
6. Know your responsibilities, and make certain the people are in agreement about your responsibilities.
7. Timely talk, with the people, and acquire the information that you need to make your decisions.
8. Make informed decisions.
9. Put together, communicate and follow-up on the agenda, issues, and topics that you believe are important and need to be addressed, in keeping with the HOA's mission.
10. Do NOT subordinate the above to contrary actions and positions.
