A public nuisance consists of unlawfully doing an act or omitting to perform a duty, which act or omission:
- annoys, injures or endangers the safety, health, comfort or repose of others;
- offends public decency
- in any way renders other persons insecure in life or in the use of property

101 Nuisances Affecting Health
- Offensive trades and business not authorized by the Board of Health as provided by law.
- all public exposure of persons having contagious or infectious diseases.
102 Nuisances Offending Decency includes Bawdy houses (places kept for purposes of prostitution).

105 Reporting - If it involves illegal activity--drugs, prostitution-- immediately report it to the police dept. if and when you see something going on.You may also call the police and ask for investigative services.
