There you go....Coventry Park apartments are part of Burning Tree, just like the duplexes here and in Burning Tree West and Burning Tree One! Thus, if Burning Tree Master Association assesses homeowners Burning Tree Master Association would be required to assess the apartments and duplexes to avoid discrimination suits. These apartments and duplexes are on the assessors site, the PUD and the Covenants of said subdivisions and were never amended to exclude them!
